Togra Consulting was established in 2014 to provide its founder Matt Hennessy, with an opportunity to offer project management expertise as a freelance contractor.The purpose was simple - Matt wanted to be free to structure his work life to suit his lifestyle and personal goals. 

As engagements progressed the services that Matt offered grew as a result of requests from clients and other companies within his network. People appreciated his people centered approach coupled with an operational pragmatism honed over the years leading large multi-jurisdictional operational teams in various well-known financial institutions.

Togra's approach is markedly different from traditional consultancies who very often create "consultant dependency," i.e. their revenue model revolves on being rewarded for resources placed with their clients as opposed to outcomes. This approach cannot truly deliver long term value for the client. Togra Consulting and its affiliates on the other hand simply want to do good quality work focused on people centered consulting , working with the best quality people to deliver exceptional outcomes for its clients.

What is an exceptional outcome? For Togra it means delivering the outcome required at the cost required whilst ensuring where appropriate that knowledge and the associated outputs are transferred to the client to ensure sustainability and stability within their business.
